Josh is a great guy that goes the extra distance. He helped me purchases a house and a few years later he and his wife helped me sell it. They staged my house to make it more appealing to buyers. And his knowledge and patience helped me sell my house for more than I was hoping for. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Josh is very friendly, has a ready smile, easy to work with, yet very professional. He is very good at listening. He provides lots of information and gives sound advice to help make decisions throughout the whole sales process. He has always been on time for the showings and is most helpful with getting permit problems worked out with the county and suggesting service people for small repairs. He is very understanding and helpful with all the details and stress of moving.
We have had many contacts with real estate professionals over the years. Josh is by far a steep above, extremely professional, knowledgeable of the Maui market, and most important is a person you can trust to give you unbiased evaluations and advise in selecting a property in Maui.
We began looking for a house about 5 years ago. We were represented by other agents for the first two years and we felt like they always hurried us make an offer. Being dissatisfied, we met Josh and instantly liked him. He is very easy-going and personable but also, he is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general and the market on Maui in particular. He showed us so many properties that fit our stated requirements, but for one reason or another, we were not ready to complete an agreement. He could not have been more nice. He just rolled with it. We never felt pressured. We closed on a property in June 2018, and afterward, he has continued to ask us if we need anything. I cant say enough good about Josh. Not for one minute have I had buyer's remorse.
Josh helped me with my first home last year. It was a banked owned property in Haiku that received multiple offers in a very short amount of time. When the buyers in first position cancelled, Josh made sure I was next in line. The bank was extremely difficult to deal with. Josh and his team are definitely the most qualified distressed property experts on Maui. Josh is patient, diligent, and a great negotiator. He went the extra mile to ensure that our best interests were kept at heart. Even though I have an active real estate license in Hawaii, I couldn't have done the deal without Josh. He's a super down to earth guy that I would highly recommend using if you're considering buying or selling real estate on Maui.
