Josh is very friendly, has a ready smile, easy to work with, yet very professional. He is very good at listening. He provides lots of information and gives sound advice to help make decisions throughout the whole sales process. He has always been on time for the showings and is most helpful with getting permit problems worked out with the county and suggesting service people for small repairs. He is very understanding and helpful with all the details and stress of moving.

We began looking for a house about 5 years ago. We were represented by other agents for the first two years and we felt like they always hurried us make an offer. Being dissatisfied, we met Josh and instantly liked him. He is very easy-going and personable but also, he is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general and the market on Maui in particular. He showed us so many properties that fit our stated requirements, but for one reason or another, we were not ready to complete an agreement. He could not have been more nice. He just rolled with it. We never felt pressured. We closed on a property in June 2018, and afterward, he has continued to ask us if we need anything. I cant say enough good about Josh.
