I can’t say enough wonderful things about my REALTOR! She’s not only a friend, but we also run in a lot of the same social circles and have so much in common. Most importantly, I trust her immensely — and she absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. When it came time to sell my home, she worked her magic. From staging to pricing to all the little details in between, she knew exactly what needed to be done to make my home look its best and get it SOLD! Then came the fun part… finding me a house. 😂 Apparently, I don’t believe in shopping for homes that are actually ON the market. I somehow kept finding houses that weren’t listed yet, which meant she had to navigate a home-buying adventure that was anything but conventional. And, in true small-town fashion, the house we ultimately bought wasn’t on the market either — it belonged to an old flooring customer of mine! 😂 Because apparently scrolling through normal real estate listings would have just been way too easy. Through every weird twist, off-market house, question, and curveball, she rolled right along with me and figured out how to make it happen. It’s one thing to work with someone you already know and trust personally, but it’s another to come out of the experience even more impressed with them professionally. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone buying or selling a home — especially if you’re like me and somehow manage to make the process a little more “interesting” than it needs to be! 😂 She truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful she was the one beside me through all of it!

Rebecca really represented me well as a seller and did an excellent job negotiating with the buyer's agent. I don't think the deal would have worked without her guidance.

Rebecca not only helped us find the new home- she helped us during the negotiation process all the way through the finalization of the sale. She gave great ideas and guidance, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Rebecca made sure to reply in a timely manner, get open houses set up quickly even if I asked last minute. She made me feel like a friend rather than just a client or paycheck she was receiving. Her attention to detail and extensive want to help others find their dream home is admirable. She negotiated everything I wanted and made sure I understood every aspect of this process.

Rebecca was very responsive. She answered my call or text almost immediately or responded very shortly after. Very passionate about her job and her clients. She cared to listen more than most people. Very funny, kinda sarcastic in a non chalet way, but it’s all in good fun. A personality that would definitely resonate with most active service or prior service members. She was down to earth and very realistic with expectations. I never felt like she didn’t have time to talk or meet and when we did meet it was as if I were her only client. I can not express how available she was. I would totally recommend.

Rebecca is very knowledgeable about the market and was very communicative with any details or questions that came up during the process. Her kindness and professionalism remain top tier. So thankful she was recommend to my family!
