Gina exceeded all expectations. She gave solid advice on staging the house, setting the asking price and negotiating offers. Her communication was excellent. 90% of the time she was available immediately and 10% of the time she would get back to me within hours. While trying to sell the house from another state she went above and beyond with making me feel confident the entire process went smoothly. She even assisted with being the person to meet a driver to transport car across the country. I have worked with many real estate agents and Gina most definitely deserves 5 stars!
