Cornelia did an excellent job in negotiating the selling of our previous house and the purchase of our new one. She got us the best price of any realtor. We recommend her without reservation. You can be sure you are getting the best representation from Cornelia.

Cornelia helped sell our house in St. Michaels at the end of 2018. It went under contract within a week at near asking price and she managed the overall process very efficiently. Cornelia's no-nonsense approach gets the job done and we very much enjoyed working with her.

Cornelia is truly a passionate realtor. Having 25 years experience on the Eastern Shore, she is an encyclopedia of information. No-one knows the area and market better than Cornelia. Her network with all the various tradesman proved invaluable when I bought a home that needed renovating. Cornelia is thorough and diligent and I highly recommend her. She is my go-to realtor!!
