From our first meeting Cornelia presented our home in it's best light and we had an accepted offer in less than a week. Her aggressive, professional, and knowledgeable marketing strategy produced results and we would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property on the Eastern Shore.
Cornelia possesses an incomparable knowledge of the real estate market. She is a tough negotiator equipped with a sharp mind and a vibrant outgoing personality who works hard for her clients and gets results
I had been lucky to meet Cornelia as my buyers agent in 2004, and I knew she is the best because over 17 years she always helped me with any market questions, then when time came to sell I had no doubt who i would use, being a 2nd home and waterfront required an agent that was the best and Cornelia is the best, I have spoken to many others that also had an equal experience, even a friend who is an agent on the shore said Cornelia is the best I highly recommend Cornelia as your agent whether buying or selling in Talbot County
I have used Cornelia on many occasions and her performance is always professional, matter of fact, and in short exemplary!
Cornelia is a real pro - she knows the Talbot County market, knows how to prepare the property for showing, and is very dedicated to her clients achieving the best results.

This has been my 2nd purchase with Cornelia as my realtor. She is amazing! Always available for phone calls, prompt responses to questions, and very knowledgable about the St. Michaels and surrounding area. She's the best and I would recommend her for future listings and or purchases!
Cornelia was always available to answer any questions - day or night. She was very helpful throughout the entire home purchase. Her knowledge and experience made the enitre process go very smoothly! I highly recommend Cornelia for home purchases!
Cornelia was such a pleasure to work with! She gave us good advice about how to prepare the house for sale, and marketed it well. It sold very quickly and at a good price. That sale end up falling through - no fault of Cornelia’s at all - and she was tireless and dedicated in negotiating a rather difficult situation and then bringing about the next sale. She was also exceptionally good at working sensitively with family dynamics, especially older folks. Highly recommended!
I had been thinking about moving to St Michaels for years - I loved the small-town vibe, the restaurants and bars, and mostly the sailing! So, last year i was finally ready for the move and I searched around on line and ultimately found Cornelia and chose her to help me find the right place, mostly based on references from friends. And Cornelia was a great decision! She helped me purchase the perfect place, and although she was the seller's agent on the property I ultimately bought, she still guided me through the process and helped my dream become a reality. She still helps me today with references to service providers like the best electrician in the area and I would unhesitatingly refer her either as a buyers' agent or to sell a property. Having said that, I love my place and I'm never leaving!
