The title is the bottom line. We decided to offer on a house that, like many others, received several offers within a few days. Summer guided us toward submitting the competitive offer that got accepted. We’re still kind of surprised — we got a house that had most of what we were looking for, in the neighborhood we wanted to live in, at a time when it’s extremely hard to find a house, much less get your offer accepted. Summer, who also represented us in the sale of our previous house, worked with us on our search for more than a year. We were terrified to sell our home but Summer made it so easy. She helped me stage it and then took beautiful photos of it - we had 12 showings in a day! She answered all questions we had so patiently we always felt our transaction was in good hands with Summer.
