Summer and her team are communicative, explain the details of how the process works, sent me boxes, and helped me with the negotiation process. Summer helped me buy my house a few years ago and sell it as well. She’s been thorough, and also maintained a great relationship in the time I’ve owned the house.

Summer was so much fun to work with! Her and her team were very quick and responsive. She was very thorough and answered every question we could possibly have. She helped us find our dream home and we could not be more thankful! Everything was very organized and we always knew what the next steps would be. Working with Summer Hudson trying to find the right home was streets ahead the best experience with a realtor I’ve had in my entire life! She was fun and had so much insight and info on the process. Summer did a fantastic job every step of the way. From finding fun listings and being an absolute delight to tour the homes with, to knowing her stuff with structural, electrical, plumbing, Indiana laws, etc etc. Summer knows her stuff. Summer was very attentive and listened to the needs that I wanted for the house. She continued to keep showing me properties till I found the one. She was very thorough with me during the offer process and explained everything. She had my back during negotiations and after receiving the home inspection.

Summer & her whole team are amazing! I am a first time home buyer and they helped make sure I knew what I was getting into every step of the way. From supporting me in determining my wants vs. my must haves in a home, to introducing me to neighborhoods & layouts I wasn't even considering when I started. Her & her entire team were also always willing to work with my hectic schedule & show me homes after my 10 hour shifts (~ 7 pm or later). Now, when it came down to the offer & closing process, Summer was great with talking through all the steps with me & taking the time to make sure I understood all the parts as a first time home buyer. As well as for my situation she worked hard to make my offer the most appealing to the buyer to avoid them putting on the market & having to fight against other interested parties. Overall, Summer & her team made my experience with them as personable, supported, educational, & easy as possible; & I couldn't be happier with my new home!
