Summer and her team are exactly who you want behind you while you navigate a complex and emotional transition in your life. The process and its steps were clearly laid out for both buying and selling, communication avenues were open and active, and no question/concern was left unaddressed. Most importantly for me, the team brought humor and levity to what can be a draining and worrisome experience. Summer, the lead agent, has a breadth of knowledge drawn from her interest and appreciation for the historic and unique diamonds among Indy’s neighborhoods. She has vision and sees potential for fixer-upper homes, which is so important in a time where it’s increasingly difficult to afford a move-in ready home. When it came time to negotiations and contract details, I knew she had my back and that very vision in mind. Summer worked tirelessly to close the sale on my home, even when she was stretched-thin, tired, and busy in her own personal life. Looking back, I am so grateful to have randomly come across Summer via her home tours on social media. Check them out! May and Olivia are members of Summers’ team who handled details and coordination of paperwork, keys, contractors, our text threads, contracts, etc. They are rockstars. Even the seller’s agent at the closing on my new house complimented her team on their efficiency. Summer was a great sellers agent - she has the best marketing of anyone in Indy. Generally, open houses are for agents to get clients, with Summer’s marketing, open houses result in offers. She is incredibly open to feedback, doesn’t take things personally, and receptive to her clients concerns. I appreciated her direct communication and coming with solutions. I do wish she’d been more aggressive in the negotiating process. I wish I’d been more confident in my contracting skills and insisted on my own contract terms. I would write my own contract in the future and will encourage my friends to have me or another attorney write home sales contracts over their realtor.

Summer and her team had a clear game plan for how to get results. We were able to close our sale in under a month from the day it was listed so clearly her plan gets results. Throughout the process she and her team showed good market knowledge and professionalism while keeping things on track. We would definitely recommend Summer and her team and would love to work with them again in the future.

I don't know where to start. Summer has been a God send. Her and her team have been keeping us up to date and checked in often. She sent us properties we might like, answered any questions or referred us to any of the quality specialists she had. They were over the top as well. If I ever needed to move again, I would call her in a heartbeat. She is very knowledgeable, can negotiate, professional but not stuffy, and communication was on point. 10 stars. After working with her I want to be friends 🥰. We couldn't have found a better person and I am so excited to have her help selling my house!!

Summer and May were absolutely amazing to work with! I was buying a home while making a cross-country move, which could have been really stressful, but they made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. When I flew in to look at houses, Summer actually cleared her schedule so we could see a ton of homes in one day. That level of dedication meant a lot and helped me make the most of my trip! May was incredibly organized throughout the entire process, and both she and Summer were always quick to communicate and keep me updated. I never felt out of the loop, even though I was living out of state the whole time. They even helped coordinate a FaceTime final walkthrough and made the remote closing process really easy. I always felt supported and knew they had everything under control. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely work with them again. Highly recommend Summer and her team!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the Find a Lot to Love team while purchasing our first home. Summer helped to answer all of our questions and concerns about the process, helped to get us in touch with a reliable lender, and advocated for us throughout the buying process. We also got to work with Izzy who helped to show us around 7 different homes in one day and gave us advice about the different areas we’re were looking at. After being under contract, we worked with May to ensure all of our ducks were in a row and we got all of the information we needed after closing. All three of the individuals we worked closely with were externally helpful and knowledgeable about the home buying experience. You can just tell that Summer has very intentionally built her team with the best possible people. She provides resources even after closing that I already know will help us as homeowners.
