Summer came highly recommended to me by one of her former clients who gave her rave reviews. I was a first time buyer and very nervous about the whole process. From our first phone call, she showed exceptional care for me and my needs, and explained what the entire process would look like from start to finish. When looking at homes, I trusted her to be honest about what was and wasn’t worth buying. When I found a place, she gave great advice about my offer and how to navigate this crazy market. She was very attentive throughout the closing process, both in terms of next steps and making sure I felt good about my purchase. I would recommend Summer to anyone buying a home, especially first time home buyers.

My experience with Summer was what I had hoped to find with a realtor. Buying a house in the market of 2022 was not easy, but Summer was persistent and provided me with confidence that we could find the right house. She was flexible in schedule, realistic about repairs, and I felt comfortable asking her any question. She loves the quirks of a home and takes pride in understanding what a buyer is really looking fort. I would recommend Summer ten times over, and when I go to sell, she’ll be my gal.

What a pleasure to work with Summer. She really knows her stuff. She did a great job matching the right buyer with the right seller. The process went so smoothly on our end as the seller. We highly recommend her.

This lady rocks. She will bend over backwards to do everything in her power to get you in a home that fits your family’s needs. We had a tight budget and a USDA loan and somehow she got us into a gorgeous house within 2 months. The devil works hard, but Summer works harder!

Summer is a perfect blend of experience, knowledge, and a great person. I've worked with other realtors in the past who are reactive. Summer is PROACTIVE. If something pops up she's quick to message me. If there's something that might not be a fit she'll tell me instead of letting me jump through the hoops for a bad fit. Any area I ask about she knows it and has worked an opportunity in it. She's an amazing realtor and I'm glad that I went with her.

Summer was so supportive and patient with us during the process of selling our home! She honored our home by helping us stage it for listing and highlighting the details we loved about it. She also respected our boundaries and family dynamic by asking people to wear masks and scheduling showings around our daughter’s routine. On the evening we had to pack up stuff before our house photos, she sent us pizza! She knew how much work we had ahead of us and wanted to take care of us. It’s those personal and thoughtful details that makes Summer someone you want to work with. Selling our house above asking with an all cash offer was a plus but the most important thing is that Summer makes a stressful process more fun. 10/10 would work with again!

This market is wild and Summer really got us through it! Anyone buying a house in this market c(April 2022) knows what an absolute nightmare it has been and became. We first spoke with Summer in November 2021 and started discussing the home buying process. She got us a contact of a WONDERFUL broker(shoutout DeAngela) and together they made an amazing team guiding us and steering us in the best possible direction! Honest and transparent advice - we will be back!
