There were a few items we needed to address after the inspection and Tina assisted us in calling a few companies for quotes. She was easy to reach via calls or texts so as to feel like we were her only clients. As it turned out, she also represented the buyers of our home but never in that process did we feel she was favoring the buyers over ourselves. Our commission was lowered as a result.
