She is quite honest, perceptive, accurate, and consistent in providing such assessments to her clients. We were much more at ease in making such a big purchase because of her candid assessments. Our offer and acceptance process was very challenging, and Tina saved the day, and is the reason we have our new house, which we like very much. We saw our new home at 11:30 a.m., and the deadline for offers was 5:00 p.m. that same day. As we two purchasers went back and forth on whether to offer or not the day wore on. We told Tina we would make an offer and then at 3:30 p.m. changed our minds. At 4:30 p.m. or so we changed our minds again and asked Tina if we could still get in an offer. Tina was already helping another client, as she told us early in the day would be the case, but she (and her spouse), did a ton of paperwork, gave great advice on packaging the offer, and we ended up with our great house.
