The three P's are as follows: PATIENCE - I'm a retired restaurant designer and I'm not easy to please or work with. I always look for that special property that I can "turn into something". I was living in Tampa and over a two year span, would make the trip up to Toledo only to find that many houses were already sold by the time I got here. I've lost count of how many places Tina has shown me. A friend of mine said, "You know, one of these times she's just going to hang up on you". Well, she never hung up on me although I'm sure she rolled her eyes more than once. PERSPECTIVE - Having moved to from Toledo to Tampa years ago, and not knowing the area very well any more, Tina would counsel me on what might be a sketchy area for resale or crime, etc. There's no substitute for "local knowledge". PERFECTION - All in all, Tina (and her husband Mike) were extremely helpful in helping me find a spot to call home.
