Six stars in all categories! Our second transaction with Avi, and, as before, everything went smoothly. We ended up selling for what we had thought would be our starting price. We have used him on both sides of the transaction and your best interest will always come first.

Here is a good reason anyone should use Avi. My wife and I were selling our rental property in Las Vegas and we reside in Southern California. Our real state agent from a previous sale had moved to San Diego and he recommended Avi to us from Berkshire Hathaway. We hired Avi after a phone call and here is what needed to be done. The home needed cleaning, Repairs were required and new carpeting to get the home ready for sale. He took care of coordinating all of that. He professionally photographed the home and got it listed in 2 weeks. His guidance on price point for the home was perfect, first day on the market we got 8 offers, WOW. The home was in Escrow 2 days later at a price higher than or original listing. During the escrow and really the whole time he was our agent he communicated with us almost daily to keep us up to date. It was one of the best transactions we had ever experienced and WE NEVER MET FACE TO FACE!! If he can provide 5 star service to sellers in another state just imagine what he can do for Sellers and Buyers in Las Vegas. Avi should win Realtor of the year as far as we are concerned.
