My experience with Avi was well reflected in the reviews that I saw- pure excellence. Since I was out of town, I needed to find a realtor locally and the choices were overwhelming. I used some sites for recommendations which generated 20 or more realtors all claiming excellence. I used Zillow in order to find and screen the true winners. Avi was at the top of the list with respect to closings and customer satisfaction. Every step of the process - from finding condos that met my specifications, the right price, Obtaining favorable financing and negotiating the terms was handled professionally. Avi’s knowledge of things such as “it is best to be on a floor above X, in order to minimize street noise” are things only a skilled realtor would know. I was able to count on Avi and his team - especially his right hand Karen to feel confident about the decisions I was making. Avi is a detail oriented realtor and when you want to get the right property within your parameters; you need a realtor location expert. Buying a home these days is much more complicated than in the past . The security issues are more vulnerable which require trust. Because of our changing times and the amount of money you will spend; it is imperative that you select the “right” realtor to address these issues. Avi is a man of integrity and is a fine realtor to choose. In closing, personally I am a hard sell. I own a business myself and I believe in customer service. I am not one to hand out five star ratings but in this case; I can assure you- there was really no area that I could state needed improvement. I am taking the time to write this because Avi and his team deserve the recognition. In my opinion Avi has the skillset that defines his excellence and separates hime from others. Avi would be a superior choice for anyone needing assistance buying or selling a home.
