To be able to work with a realtor and have such confidence in their experience and knowledge took so much stress out of the process. Avi listened to our wish list, listened to my husband and I negotiate the list, and delivered. He showed my husband that with minor renovations, this home could be everything he wanted. He was able to work with us remotely, as we were moving from out of state. We had had our eye on the market for a while, but his expertise to buying our home to a whole new level. We recently moved to Las Vegas from Rhode Island and hired Avi to represent us in finding a home in Summerlin. Any home purchase can present challenges but trying to find the right home while still living on the other side of the country presents unique challenges. We would come to Las Vegas on weekends and have limited time to look at homes but Avi always found a way to accommodate our schedule and make us feel like we were his most important client. I recall after we had an accepted offer on a home I asked Avi how we would get through the escrow process, inspections etc being so far removed. His answer was “you don’t need to come back until escrow closes and I hand you the keys, I will handle everything “. A real professional and a great guy. I would be remiss if I did not also mention Avi’s assistant Karen Mahoney who was instrumental in keeping everything on track and helping us throughout the process. Avi did a great job listing our house, setting an asking price higher than we would have ex-pected. We had an offer within 72 hours of being listed, and although there were a few bumps in the road (not Avi's fault), he skillfully helped us get around them. At one point, it looked like the buyers were going to back out, and we were panicked, because that would have scuttled the deal on the house we were planning to buy. But with Avi's help, we persuaded them to move forward. Avi and his staff did a great job for us! Highly recommended!
