He kept me up to date every step of the way, sent me emails of homes that may interest me, he was also very kind and considerate of what I was searching for, he basically treated me as though I was family. I happened on to Avi Dan Goor's profile and liked what I read about him. I called him on a Sunday expecting him to call me back by the beginning of the following week, to my surprise he called me back immediately. Actually in our business relationship with him, I found that his responses were always immediate, even to this day, altho we are not actually involved with home purchases at the present time he still responds immediately. We sold our home in California and due to a short escrow time, we were in dire need of a home asap in Las Vegas. Polite, friendly, competent , and very professional are only a few words that come to mind when i think of my experience in working with Avi Dan-Goor I came to Las Vegas in mid July, with little knowledge about the property market and needed a lot of help to find a home in a very specific part to the city. We were thinking this would take 3-6 months to get this done......but we were living in our new home 6 weeks after walking into his office for the 1st time. Avi and his team were excellent! They gave me the low down on the current property market , what was available in the part of town we wanted to live and have our girls go to school...Within 1 day we, saw a few homes and selcted a home we liked. All I knew was that I wanted a quick close and a seamless process because I couldn't afford to have the house just sit on the market. Avi did just that! He was then able to move the process along swiftly providing me with fast responses via text and email and always available when needed.
