Audrey is pro-active and energetic. She sold our house in four days, for more than asking price! By staying abreast of the local market, she encouraged us to increase our asking price with resulted in several offers almost immediately after listing. Additionally, she helped us buy the house we currently own for less than asking price. She listened patiently to our concerns and advocated for our best interests rather than focusing solely on making a sale. Earlier, Audrey backed us during a complicated transaction that ended up not working out. She was understanding when we backed out of the deal and continued to show us other properties without missing a stride. She is also familiar with local contractors and tradesman which helped when repairs were needed. Audrey is plain spoken and candid which is reassuring when making such an important purchase and sale. Not sure how she could have done a better job.
