Audrey has been a wonderful agent working hard on our behalf. Being a resident of Cambria for many years she knows the area well and the market. She will work hard to present your home in the best way possible and puts herself out there to maximize your homes exposure to buyers. She priced our home just right and we are very happy with the results. It sold quickly and we are very grateful to her. We highly recommend her as your new agent.

I am going to start by saying that I did not know the city of Cambria, I only knew that I wanted a house near the beach but I did not know where. I started to investigate and see different applications on the internet and I saw that in Cambria the houses were at a good price, so I started looking for a real estate agent, and thank God we met Audrey, She taught us everything about Cambria and gave us tour around the city and I really loved it!! We are very happy with our new house and we count on Audrey for any doubt or question about our new neighborhood. Thank you Audrey!!

Audrey was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of selling our home in Cambria. She worked closely with us to make sure our goals were met, and she exceeded those! From advising us regarding preparing our home for sale, she guided making our home as attractive as possible to potential buyers. Audrey's marketing was top notch and use of website and social media created huge exposure to a broad audience of prospective buyers. In the end, the sales price and the buyer she obtained were above our expectations. Simple the best in Cambria!

We loved working with Audrey to sell our home. She was a great partner all along the way with expert wisdom and guidance. We were delighted with the results and our home sold above asking and within a week. We would highly recommend her services to any prospective seller or buyer. Simply a Superb Agent!

We were referred to Audrey by friends who also transacted through her. Great experience. Excellent follow-up. Fantastic market knowledge and understanding of the area. Would use Audrey again to represent us and highly recommend.

Audrey was and is one of the best realtors we've ever worked with. She was thorough in gathering any and all information we requested concerning Cambria, the pros and cons of different areas, and once knowing what we were looking for, her recommendations were spot on. She walked us through the purchase, escrow, inspection, and made certain that needed repairs were completed.

I highly recommend Audrey at Coldwell Bankers. She was extremely helpful in finding our dream vacation home in Cambria! Her willingness to set up appointments, referrals, taking pictures and providing us with a first rate tour all around Cambria, Cayucos and Morro Bay were very helpful! It was easy and overall a great experience.

Audrey helped us find the vacation home of our dreams after a nearly 2 year process in a crazy real estate market. Audrey was very patient and took the time to learn about us and what we wanted in this home. Searching for a home when you live far away can be challenging but Audrey made it a breeze. Sometimes it’s those extra touches like having a flexible schedule, having frank and open conversations, or helping us get to know Cambria that make all of the difference. We highly recommend Audrey to anyone looking for their dream home.

We'd been looking for a second home in Cambria for a long time and just when we finally decided to get serious about it - the market went CRAZY. It is so hard to navigate the real estate landscape right now, especially in California, but Audrey was a total pro. She never gave up, and when things got a little dicey on the sellers side during escrow - she handled it all with ease and made sure we got our house!

Audrey is wonderful to work with!! She’s accommodating, informative, knowledgeable, thorough and treats you like family!! She helped us get our dream home in Cambria and we couldn’t be happier!

It’s difficult to put into words how much we enjoyed our experience with Audrey. Working with her was truly a pleasant experience. Her communication with us truly amazing. Her knowledge of her field was fantastic-no guess work on her part. Her skill level was beyond our expectations. She went out of her way to make sure we were kept informed throughout our purchase process. Because we were are out of the area, she took care of many details that normally would be our responsibility. We can’t express our appreciation enough. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the need of a real estate agent. We feel that we have made a life long friendship.

Since we had not selected a realtor, we set up a meeting with her at our home. We were not disappointed. She compiled an entire plan to prepare our home for a successful sale. Audrey really took charge by entertaining all the needed people i.e. a purger, cleaning crew, repairmen, staging, and since we moved out of state, she kept us up to date on every detail. Showings were critiqued and discussed. A couple offers were not successful , but our final goal of a sale materialized in 3 months. And we sold for almost our "asking price". Thanks to Audrey it was a very smooth experience.
