Audrey was a joy to work with, got me top dollar for my home, and made the process remarkably easy.
I’m very glad I chose Audrey to sell my family’s home, and recommend her without hesitation.
I interviewed a number of realtors before hiring her.
There were a number of reasons why I chose her, in particular:
1. Zeal. She showed a level of passion for her work — and specifically for selling my home — that I found in no other realtor that I interviewed. And I don’t just mean zeal during the interview. I mean zeal throughout the entire process. She clearly cares about her work and her clients, at a level that I didn’t sense in other realtors with whom I spoke.
2. Integrity. I found her to be honest and transparent with me and the people she worked with at a level that I didn’t sense in many of her colleagues. I think this engendered trust not only in me, but also in buyers and their agents. She could have made choices that could have increased her profit at my expense, but she didn’t. I was very impressed and appreciative that she valued integrity so highly over profit.
3. Relatability, humility, and collaborativeness. She didn’t hold herself out to be an expert — even though I did (and still do) see her as one. Instead, she treated me as an equal; took my input into account; and recognized that I was the final decision maker, when it came to the sale of my family’s home. Even when I insisted on doing things in ways that she didn’t entirely agree with, she worked with patience and cooperativeness, without making me feel bad for having my own preferences and points of view. I also found her to be very down to earth and authentic, without airs or pretense, in a way that put me at ease. In fact, the feeling like I was talking to a friend rather than a salesperson is probably the number one reason I chose to hire her, rather than anybody else.
4. Intelligence. Audrey was very strategic, in terms of how she structured the sale. Without her intelligent strategizing, I’m confident we would have made a significantly smaller profit, with more problems, in the end.
