I clicked with Audrey right away personality wise and she quickly got up to speed on my likes, interest and needs. The market in Cambria is difficult and my needs are fairly specific but she never lost patience with me or told me that I wouldn’t find what I was looking for. Once we found the right house, Audrey was truly fantastic in communicating my needs and questions to the listing agent and getting back to me with answers very quickly. And she is a good voice of reason when it comes to negotiations as it relates to the offer price and terms. Her knowledge of the real estate market in Cambria serves her very well as a realtor and makes her well equipped to help her buyers make informed decisions.
