The next thing I know, Audra has arranged for a mobile attorney to meet my brother in Detroit, obtain the necessary notarized signatures and get the papers back to the closing attorney so that there was no delay on closing day. That, ladies and gentlemen, is service that I didn’t think existed any more. In summary, we were pleased with the service, pleased with the organization, pleased with the attention to detail, pleased with the timeframe, pleased with the communication, and pleased with the selling prices on both properties.
