About Claudia

As the owner of LionHeart Brokers, my customers goals is my first priority without compromise. As a Florida native, my family moved to Orlando when I was 2 years old and instilled in me a great appreciation for the American Dream and home ownership. I attended the local schools, focused on getting good grades and athletic achievements. During High School. was awarded 11 Athletic Varsity Letters along with the Best Female Athlete of the School Award. I also led 250 students in ROTC, joined the Armed Forces my senior year and served for 8 years. The years that followed, became a local Firefighter and after 18 years, still proudly serving. All of my years experience in training, coaching and military discipline helped prepare me for my career in Real Estate in 2014. I created my first real estate team in 2020 and opened an office in 2021. I have extensive knowledge of our communities and believe that this journey should be fun. want clients to feel confident that lam someone who will fight for them while keeping their best interest top of mind. My motto is, "Integrity is, doing the right thing when no one is looking. I earn respect by working tirelessly on behalf of my clients and always offering candid advise with the understanding that this is more than just buving or selling a house: this is vour home where vou willive and raise a familv. Growing up in Illinois and Indiana, blessed with two amazing parents and three older siblings, I learned the importance of hard work, family, and community. I spent my youth playing every sport available to me from soccer, basketball, softball and even wrestling. With every opportunity, my hustle and determination aided my natural abilities and allowed me to thrive. I graduated from West Virginia University where I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. My desire to learn and work ethic allowed me to graduate Summa Cum Laude at the top of my class. Let’s go Mountaineers! After college, I began my 13 year career and counting as a Disney Cast Member where hard work and a dedication to guest service are of the utmost importance. I have been blessed in my life with exceptional opportunities. I have run with the bulls in Spain, I worked for the Indianapolis Colts and was in charge of the Super Bowl trophy, toured the Lucas Film archives, ran multiple half marathons and traveled the world. My passions are simple - my family, my dog, my work, being adventurous and my sports teams! Easiest Home Buying Experience

Outstanding Professional Service

I had two properties side by side that needed to be sold due to a death in the family. Audra was recommended by my brother. I read her material and other reviews and decided to go with my brother’s suggestion. That decision proved to be an excellent choice! This was a difficult time as there was an estate to settle, personal contents to dispose of, and a myriad of other details to handle. The two looming elephants in the room were the disposal of both properties. As it turned out, the property disposition was handled flawlessly. Audra was organized, efficient and very professional. I was most impressed that no detail seemed to escape her. Within a month property B was under contract with her clients and by the second month property A was also under contract. Her showings were not intrusive, plenty of notice was given. Contract paperwork was properly handled and organized. The purchaser of property A turned out to be challenging, requiring several contract modifications. As these issues were presented Audra made constructive suggestions and kept the contract on track for an on time (actually early) closing. As an example of her efficiency, one brother, a party on the seller’s side, was located in Detroit. There were last minute documents that had to be signed. The next thing I know, Audra has arranged for a mobile attorney to meet my brother in Detroit, obtain the necessary notarized signatures and get the papers back to the closing attorney so that there was no delay on closing day. That, ladies and gentlemen, is service that I didn’t think existed any more. In summary, we were pleased with the service, pleased with the organization, pleased with the attention to detail, pleased with the timeframe, pleased with the communication, and pleased with the selling prices on both properties. If you are reading this and considering engaging an agent to help you sell your property, you can do no better than Audra Wason. Highly recommended.

Home Purchase

Over the past few years we have purchased several homes, and worked with various realtors. While we’ve had many great experiences, Audra exceeded our expectations. We requested a quick close, which was a bit stressful, but Audra kept on top of everything and made sure all aspects of the close were moving along. She is extremely professional and delightful. We would recommend her to any family or friend in need of selling or purchasing a home.
