Ashley was fantastic in helping us get my mom's house ready for sale and getting it sold. We live in another state so it could have been a difficult process but she really came through for us. She visited us prior to listing the house and got to know my family. She helped us plan what would need to be done to get the house ready and connected us with resources to do home repairs, painting, yard work, and packing. She guided us and let us know what work was worth doing and where spending money on something would not be worth it. She's very considerate. She maintains very good communication throughout the whole time. We could not have asked for anything more.
