Five stars all around regardng my 2022 home selling experience. Let's face it, we do not buy and sell homes every day and the process is a bit daunting and intimidating. I had a ton of questions about the selling process and what my options were and Ashley kept things REAL and so easy to understand! From our first interaction she was prompt and professional. She had resources at every turn, from handymen to general contractors to home photographers -- she took on ALL the stress of the transaction to where I felt very little of it. She kept me informed and we became fast friends who communicated daily. There were even times she was on the phone with me late on a Friday night, cutting into family time! She wanted the sale and worked for it! Ashley knows her stuff as she comes from a family and team with years and years of experience. Ashley was referred to me from a friend and I couldn't be more pleased with making what I believe was top dollar on my home. My review is several months late, but I wanted to give Ashley the kudos she so deserves! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with her... knowledge and professionalism to a "T".
