Ashley Kopecky

I had the very best experience with Ashley in the selling of my home. I was not even sure of where to start -selling my home came at a very stressful time in my life. I was looking at a long list to get the house ready to sell. Ashley walked in, she listened very carefully to my needs and came up with a very clear plan that covered all the bases. Ashley truly guided me every step of the way keeping my stress to a minimum. My home was sold in less than 2 months. I am forever grateful to her and amazed at her expertise, dedication and attention to details. From the very start she told me "WE got this!"

My wife and I could tell with our first phone call that we wanted Ashley as our realtor. She has a really personable, assertive nature and she really makes you feel like she’ll go to bat for you during the process. Ashley was our realtor for our house search, and she helped us through some very stressful house buying situations. In the end we found the perfect home, and were able to submit the winning offer. Ashley consistently made herself available through phone and text, evening in the evening hours which was extremely helpful as we had a baby and most of our free time was during those times. Ashley was also our realtor for the selling of our previous home, and we were under contract within a weekend, and sold within the month of listing. Overall I’d rate Ashley an A++ and I hope you consider her for any home buying or home selling needs.

Professional, knowledgeable! Identified things I would have not thought of. She has market knowledge, no matter the area and has contacts everywhere! Very well connected and will reach out to everyone to ensure the best interest of her clients. Would never use another agent, Ashley is the best in the business!!

Ashley was incredible, sold our house in 3 days over asking price. Will recommend her to everyone! First class!

Ashley was very patient throughout the listing, sales process and final sale. She provided valuable advice and guidance while also coordinating tasks to ensure a timely and easy settlement. I will definitely engage Ashley on any future real estate transactions.
