Ashley is an amazingly energetic professional who is extremely knowledgeable of the market and one of the most organized and on top of things people I have ever worked with. She was very familiar with the neighborhood and market. She managed to market the house and work with buyer agents to get a sale. Following her strategy she did not even have an open house. She negotiated an extremely fair price for me and managed to get it all done as the holidays were beginning. Though it all her level of enthusiasm for doing her job was very visible I believe Ashley truly loves her job and puts 110% into doing it well. Also, working with Ashley I felt that getting my house sold and any needs/concerns I had was the most important thing to her. She was available at any time to offer guidance and encouragement during the whole process. I highly recommend her; she will not disappoint.
