Worked with Arpad over a couple years. We went to a few homes and made several offers. He was very good at pointing out every thing good and bad about a house. He gave good perspective on how they might effect value and quality of living. He will not push you into something you are uncomfortable with bidding on, which was great for us.
We are currently working with Arpad to buy our first home. What stand out about him is his INTEGRITY and HONESTY. He is very thorough and meticulous and goes out of his way to make sure that you understand every aspect of the home buying process - right from the assessing the disclosures, property inspection to preparing an offer, he guides us through the whole process thoroughly, his experience and expertise are quite remarkable and unique. We are very happy to have him as our realtor and look forward to buying our first home soon.
Arpad helped our family find a beautiful custom home in Mountain View that fit our growing family needs. We had been looking for a while, and Arpad helped us buy just the right place.
As first time homebuyers, my husband and I greatly appreciated Arpad’s thoroughness, advice and overall patience in trying to help us find our dream home. From checking for foundation issues, to identifying water leaks under the sinks, to looking at overall condition, Arpad walked into every home and helped us evaluate the pros and cons of every place we saw. You can tell he has a great deal of passion and integrity for the work he does, which was such a big help for such a big decision.
Arpad really set himself above and beyond with his level of care and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help represent our interests and make sure that our first home was the right fit for us.
We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Arpad. We had such a great experience buying our first home with him by our side that we went ahead and asked him to sell our home three years later. As we prepped our home before listing, Arpad was already hard at work marketing our "coming soon" property. It received hundreds of views on various websites and created demand before we were ready to put signs up. We had one open house the first week on the market, and it sold for all cash (over asking) the same day. Arpad doesn't just have a knack for selling houses - he's one of the best negotiators I've seen in action (could have gone into law, if you ask me). Because of his firm but kind approach, we were able to live in our home rent free for 30 days giving us the time we needed to relocate. It was a quick, painless experience, and we have Arpad to thank for making it happen. Thank you, Arpad!!
Arpad is an outstanding realtor who I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Silicon Valley. He is extremely professional with a great attention to every detail. Arpad took the time to really understand our purchasing criteria and inform us about the process involved, a level of customer service we definitely appreciated as first-time homebuyers.
When we toured a home or evaluated making an offer, he provided good advice and always made sure we knew the pros and cons of every property. Some realtors have an unfortunate reputation of just being out to earn a quick commission – that is absolutely not the case with Arpad. We never felt rushed or pressured. Our budget was relatively modest by Bay Area standards, but Arpad worked diligently with us to make sure we got the home that would meet our needs and not cause headaches down the road. Even months later, he is always available to answer questions.
If you are looking for a top notch realtor who will work closely with you every step of the way, Arpad is your ideal choice.
Arpad made the process of buying the land of my dreams so easy. He explained everything to us and was very knowledgeable. He explained the pro's and con's to each property we looked at and that really helped us made the right decision.
We were very happy to have Arpad representing us in selling our Condo in Santa Clara. Arpad is very knowledgeable, thorough, ethical, articulate, diligent, organized, pleasant, committed, and skillful to work through buyer problems, He was always available to patiently explain anything in detail about the selling process including going through each page of the hundreds we had to sign during the actual sell. It is very rare to find such an honest and ethical person. Both buyers and sellers are in great care with Arpad.
Arpad is an amazing agent and helped guide me through the process of buying my home in the bay area. He has good knowledge of the area and helped me select the areas based on my requirements. First time buyers can be easily fooled by a well-shown home. Arpad makes sure that you understand and see the positives and the negatives of a home carefully - he tries to go way beyond what the disclosures reveal - more often than not, his predictions are accurate and to the dot (you could save on home inspections by just following his techniques!). He can tell you things about a house that even the listing agent would sometimes not know. He is very prompt and follows the real estate process to the dot - he is ready with answers to your questions even before you know you had them! He gives a point by point explanation of the buying process and explains all possible strategies and tactics that you could follow to negotiate a great price on a home. All in all, I would recommend Arpad any day and have already done so to my friends. Looking forward to buying my next home with his help too!
Arpad is a very knowledged, very skilled, thorough, ethical, articulate, diligent, organized, pleasant, patient, committed, down to earth Realtor. I successfully closed a hyper competitive home buying bid in Bay Area recently. Needless to say, it was Arpad who made it happen. The way he carries himself, even the seller and their agent wanted to work with him and chose to forego better offers from others. I worked with many Realtors in the past decade and I can say, I am more than impressed with Arpad. Even at the start of our house search, he has a uniquely organized way of listing homes. If i ever want a real estate agent who has the all the skills to beat the odds, i will be looking at Arpad!
I recommend for Aprad Racz, who Broker Associate because is experience and expert. For example, I was finding home but few homes and expense too. Arpad was help me home. Finally, five months, I found my home. Thanks Arpad.
Arpad was recommended to us by a friend (who is also an attorney) and I couldn't be happier with him. He's incredibly knowledgeable- he grew up in the area and his father Gene is also a realtor/broker. Some of the many great and unique qualities he possesses are: patience, grasp of market trends, detailed comp analysis, negotiation skills and strategy, thoroughness, and his pleasant demeanor. He actually discouraged us from buying a number of properties (priced between $1 and $2 million) due to land use and/or structural issues. He is up front, honest, and not at all pushy. We looked for over a year and ended up getting our perfect house: a 3,000+ square foot home with Los Altos schools for less than the asking price- which is relatively unheard of in the current market. All thanks to Arpad!
