Arpad helped us close two properties in the bay area. We bought our first home in Milpitas and our second home in Santa Clara which falls under Cupertino school district. Through out the process we noticed that Arapd never let us overbid or overpay. We have only overbid by 7K for both our homes. During our first home buying process we were naive and we had to bid on multiple homes but he never lost patience with us. He is very meticulous in his due diligence and his criteria for home selection for an offer is very high. He would never let us offer on a home that he felt was not upto the mark and would not hold the price in the bad market. Home with all three Cupertino schools are very competitive to get. We not only have the schools but we have a 9K+ lot and 2K area. Arpad was really good at recognizing the value in the house/the upgrades we had to make and recognizing the need of the seller. We are very happy with both our buys. He is a great realtor who never pressurizes and loves to get a deal for his clients.
