Arpad is very patient and an excellent realtor. He pointed out the good and bad in every home I selected for purchase. I learn't a lot about home locations, current housing market trend and How reasonable offers are made from Arpad. He even taught me what to look for in a home inspection report, Natural hazard disclosure report, Termite inspection report, ...and the list goes on. It is very hard to find a good realtor like Arpad who is also a teacher. I highly recommend him especially if you are a first time home buyer. Arpad's biggest strength is his patience and that He does not push his clients to buy a home that He finds fault with. He even rejects home that he finds inappropriate. Overall A+++ Excellent.

I met Arpad through a fellow investor and I can say that I am not surprised that he has a five star rating on Zillow. He is truly a seasoned real estate agent that is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional, helpful and responsive. He recently showed me and my partner investment properties in San Jose and I am very impressed with the whole experience. Arpad came prepared and even brought comps to the properties for us to check out without having to request. He thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of each property, their potential, the current San Jose market while considering the purpose of our purchase. He is passionate about real estate and has a depth of knowledge that is very impressive that comes from years of experience. I am looking forward to working with Arpad on my future acquisitions. As an investor, I feel confident that he will be able to guide me to make the best decisions is selecting the right properties to add to my current property portfolio.

What was the most impressive about working with Arpad is his speed and responsiveness. In a very short amount of time he provided lot of helpful information, his knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable. He made sure that I have all the necessary information regarding the property itself, he drove my attention to many details how I should look at the property and see advantages and disadvantages, provided sufficient details about the area, the market situation and about the whole offer process. Definitely a great and pleasant experience and would recommend to all who are looking for a trustworthy and reliable agent.
