Arpad is an extremely conscientious and reliable person. He helped us purchase our first home in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley. Arpad knows exactly what questions to ask the listing agent and has a deep understanding of the process of home buying. Arpad is very patient and has the best interest of his clients in mind. I would gladly recommend Arpad to any one who wants to work with a trustworthy and dependable agent.

....Incredible knowledge of real estate...Always perfectly prepared and on top of the situation......Fabulous results and delightful to deal with.......

Arpad is the most knowledgeable Real estate agent I have ever come across. I have met many agents before and Arpad is quite unique in sharing his experience and knowledge. Once you visit a few homes with him, you'll notice the big difference from other agents and realize how many aspects should be considered in home buying.

Arpad is sincere and responds in a timely manner. He ensures that the Client's interests are protected and we are very impressed.

We met Arpad in an open house, where he was explaining several aspects of home buying to another buyer, and we immediately felt that he is the right agent.

We are very happy to have met him and I am going to ask all my friend's to leverage Arpad's skills for their home buying/selling.

Arpad's knowledge and dedication are top notch! He is incredibly responsive and works so hard to get the best results! I highly recommend giving him a call.

Arpad Racz is an excellent agent. He is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. His communication skills are highly impressive, and he is very responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I have enjoyed working with Arpad and I'll be happy to recommend him to anybody.

Arpad & Gene helped make our home purchase experience a delight. We were incredibly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and amazing attention to detail. Above all, we were most impressed with their integrity and commitment.

We'd met Aprad during one of the open houses - but after just our first conversation, we had complete confidence that he was the best realtor to help us. Ever since, we were repeatedly blown over by his constructive feedback and objective viewpoints. His organized thoughts helped frame much of our decision making process.

In all, an A+ !

Arpad represented me as a buyer of a Mountain View property back in 1999 and did a great job finding me just what I needed in the location and price range I was looking. He took me to several properties before we decided on making an offer. He walked me through every step including getting pre approved for a loan so we could win out over other offers. I would recommend Arpad and utilize his services again myself.

My wife and I loved working with Arpad. He went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied in the process. We had challenges with our mortgage broker at the time and Arpad was quick to come up with solutions and help make sure that we were able to buy the house we wanted. When it came to selling our house, he was strategic with the pricing and great at helping us prep our home to make it more marketable.

We purchased a 2bed/2bath Condo in Santa Clara a few years back from Arpad Racz and he was fantastic! When went decided to look several units to view, Arpad showed us around and provided us with a lot of details - not only on the units themselves, but also the surrounding area - schools, businesses, freeways. Some of the other agents we've seen just stand around and let their buyers just walk around without offering any advice or help, which I thought was strange and seemed unprofessional - Arpad was the complete opposite. He would proactively ask us questions about our requirements, short term/long term stay, family/schools.

We will definitely use Arpad with our next transaction. Thank you again Arpad!

We purchased our house with Arpad's help and guidance in December 2010 after a very long search (3+ years!). It has been a very pleasant and productive experience. Through all these years Arpad has been very informative, professional, consistent, patient and thorough. He was very objective in presenting every house we identified, giving us a clear understanding of the pluses and minuses. His knowledge of the market in general and the local conditions in particular alongwith his zeal have immensely helped us
