Arlene is truly a very professional and friendly real estate agent. She helped us find our dream house in Tustin, CA!!!! We moved to southern California from Boston, MA, so we really had very little sense of all the neighborhoods and areas available. Arlene was very patient with us as we explored neighborhoods and many times met us on weekends and week day nights so we could see new listings. Throughout the whole process (about 4 months) Arlene never pressured us in any way and had thoughtful and well informed feedback/insights on each property we visited. She quickly responds to calls, emails, and text. We had a tight timeline for our closing date and Arlene helped us and the other parties involved stay on top of all the paperwork and inspections. Arlene is super nice and on top of her game. She has great knowledge of the regional market and I can whole heartedly recommend her !!
