Ardee originally was the realtor when I purchased the house that she just sold for me. I bought it many many years ago. Over the years she has been very good. When my Mom moved out her office handled the rental for us as we don't live close. When the last tenant moved out I contacted Ardee to sell it. It was sold in a matter of one or two weeks.
