There isn't a better agent on the mountain! She knows the market, the ins and outs, needed to make a sale a success from start to finish. I have had the pleasure of working with Ardee for many years and have always benefited from her insight, professionalism, and attention. She takes care of her clients and always gets the best deal possible -- usually over list price! You will never go wrong, as a Buyer or a Seller, with Ardee in your corner! Call her -- you will be so glad you did!

Ardee is a consummate professional. You should have compete confidence in her when selling or purchasing your home!

Ardee navigated us through a competitive housing market. Her patience and persistence allowed us to finally get the house we wanted. Ardee was very responsive and understanding of our needs, and she was of invaluable help through the entire process, and beyond.

Ardee was great at guiding me through all the issues that arose during the listing and sale

Ardee was very knowledgeable about the mountain communities and the real estate market in general. She was always available to take our calls and answer questions. Ardee was very professional and cared about our particular needs and making sure we were happy.

This is the second mountain home that Ardee has sold for us! She knows the community and is up to date on all mountain regulations and special home nuances. Her online presentation of our home was fabulous. I home sold without a hitch. Go Ardee!

Made a stressful situation much more manageable. Very good understanding of the market and a long history in the area. Would definitely work with her again.

Ardee surpassed our expectations with our sale! So much so we continued to use her when we moved in the area. She knows the mountain area very well, she goes above and beyond for each sale she goes into. Our first sale she even helped with letting our dog in and out! I could not recommend her more! She’s amazing in all areas, buying, selling, negotiating, and really making sure things go as planned. Something I can not say enough is she has strong ethics, she is very honest and we have come to realize that is hard to find in this industry! She was truly the best we have ever had and used on 4 separate occasions, our last house she found before it even hit the market. 10/10 recommend!

Ardee sold me a mountain property, managed that property as a rental for years, and helped me sell that property 30+ years later. Her many years of expertise and service was always professional and unsurpassed - you can't find a better agent to assist you. Many thanks to Ardee!

Very professional and knowledgeable about the area. She’s the goto realtor in my neighborhood because her sign goes up and the house gets sold in a couple of days. Then she stays on top of it til it closes.

Ardee is very professional agent, friendly and helpful. She is responsive and stay on top of everything. We are very appreciate her help in this sale and highly recommend her.
