We recently sold a small duplex through Ardee and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment she sought comps to initially value the property to the phone call when she announced escrow had closed, she was thorough, professional, and had great communication. We had multiple offers and she orchestrated the counters beautifully. There were some needed repairs identified during inspection and she managed four different contractors to complete the work. We live out-of-state and the entire process was handled through DocuSign, email, phone calls, and texting. She was so ON IT I marveled at how she managed such immediate communication and action.
