We moved out-of-state and Ardee managed our two properties as rentals. Eventually we listed our duplex for sale. Through texting, emails, and phone calls she kept us in-the-loop through the entire process. Documents were signed online. It couldn’t have been easier! A couple years later we decided to sell our old family home. Again, we turned to Ardee. She photographed the property extensively, arranged for contractors to complete needed work, and advised us regarding our sale options. With both properties she helped facilitate a 1031 Exchange. Both properties sold for more than we expected. Her communication is prompt and thorough. We could not be more pleased with the services Ardee provided as both a property manager and a listing agent!

I had been searching for a home in Crestline for the last 2 years with a realtor who really wasn't experienced when it came to the mountain. I was on social media when I came across a post, a person was looking for referrals for a realtor that new the mountain and can help them look for a home. Ardee came up more than once! So I contacted her asked her if she would help me find a home and she said yes. Now when I tell you this lady really knows her stuff, she really does! She's professional, honest and will tell you the truth. What I love most about Ardee is she holds no punches and will tell it like it is, not like one of those sheisty realtors that just wants to stick you with a home for their own benefit, she really thinks about the best interest of you and your family. Might I add that she's funny and personable. Made house hunting fun and letting me be me in the way i express myself (I'm known to cuss and can be kinda raw) which can make certain people give me the side eye but not her!
