First, Ardee was fantastic! She set the right sale price and ended up selling to the first buyers for $7k Moe than list. She was on the phone daily or more to keep us updated about all issues. Ardee stayed on top of the buyers agent to complete escrow paperwork in a timely manner. Although escrow took longer than expected because of the funder being delayed, Ardee ensured the process moved forward to close.
