Ardee was vastly knowledgeable about home sales, market value, mountain community living, and how to approach the sale of my house to catch the eyes of prospective buyers. I loved her meticulous approach to detail and how she accentuated the positives of selling to make the house more appealing and attractive to buyers. She gave me real estate lesson 101 experience and was very thorough in explaining the selling process. She always made me feel like she was working for me and that I am top priority without compromising the sale. She was readily available for questions I had in the documents and any general questions I had about the negotiation process. In the end, the process took an astonishing 50 days from start of sale which included the 45 day escrow. I would definitely, without hesitation, obtain her services again as she is top notch in her field of work as knowledge of our lovely mountain resort community.

She told us the truth about things and never let us down, and even when our hopes were down about selling the house, she continued to work hard for us.
