Explains every detail, brings options to the table, flexible, communicates everything, she sure is on top of the game and gets things done ASAP. I have historically been very anti-realtor, I frankly never thought they brought enough value to the table to justify the commission. April completely flipped my preconceived notions upside down, she is just the best in every possible way. She went above and beyond and was extremely diligent and advocated for us every step of the way, I cannot recommend her enough. 5 stars, A+, whatever the best rating is, she is worthy of it.
