This is very important in a market where desirable properties are snatched away so quickly. Her tactful seamless communication skill helps a lot in negotiation, coordination among parties related in order to move the process fast forward. Since she's a local, I relied on her knowledge to get to know the neighborhoods, she even made time out of her busy schedule to take me on exploring tours!
