April was the best Realtor I’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to help me through some difficult times when I was stressed out or simply needed a hand moving some thing to prepare for Staging. She was truly excited for me when something good happened and talked me off the ledge a couple times when I didn’t think I’d make it through it all! April is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have worked in the real estate and lending industry for nearly 15 years and have never encountered an agent so passionate about taking care of her clients. We moved to Oregon from out of state so we were not able to be present for our inspections or final walk through. April handled everything and kept me well informed along the way. Daily communication helped put us at ease through the whole process. If you are moving to the Portland metro area, I highly recommend April as your realtor. I was a little skeptical at first, being assigned a realtor from our relocation company, but working with April was nothing short of delightful! She’s hands down one of the best real estate agents in Portland. April was so helpful in listening to our wants and needs in a new home. We had some challenges when it came to selling our home in Colorado, but April was very patient. She was very reassuring during all my frustrated moments and went to bat for us when dealing with the home builder we eventually chose. She went above and beyond to help us find an arborists for our trees and waking us through a new closing process since it was different than closing in Colorado.
