Annie Hart Cool is a consummate professional. Real estate is her career and her dedication shows in every aspect of the buying and selling process. From the decision to sell at the beginning of December and the arrival of our movers to our new home on March 2, Annie made an inherently stressful and emotional process as smooth as possible. She communicated clearly with me, and the other agents involved, the mortgage company when necessary, the closing attorney and kept track of all the myriad details of selling and buying. She organized Title V and home inspections when we were out of state, and has a ready list of providers to deal with whatever services might be needed to help the sale/purchase process. As important as all the details, is her knowledge and understanding of human nature and the emotional connections we develop to our family, friends, our homes and community and how those connections are changed and impacted when moving. She is a cheerleader during the initial purge before staging when removing all the personal photos and favorite “things” suddenly makes the process VERY real. During the new home search and negotiation, she remained positive but realistic which helped me manage expectations, tension and frustration. We had a tight timeline made worse by being out of state during the negotiation and purchase process. Again, even at a distance, Annie demonstrated adeptness with the technology needed to complete the process long distance with no glitches. Near the end, when purging and packing was overwhelming us with exhaustion, she stopped by with Chinese takeout. A lifesaving meal of Crab Rangoon! The other end of the process for us was moving into a new home and she she stopped by to check in and took the time to go the store and have extra keys made for us. A small, but meaningful gesture when surrounded by 80 boxes of belongings. We would recommend Annie Hart Cool to anyone considering buying or selling!
