We called Annie from abroad based upon the recommendation of a family friend and from the very first phone call, we trusted her knowledge and expertise completely. She was able to take us on as clients and attend a last minute showing for us the next day as we were out of state. Annie was a huge help in selling our mother's house. We did not use a seller's broker, but Annie was always there to pick up the slack from the other side.
