The sale of an expensive property is not always easy and ours was no exception. After the death of my father, my sister and I decided to sell the property. That checklist made the process easier and we got everything done and scheduled within 48 hours. In addition, the existing septic system was inspected; a new system designed, approved, installed and inspected in just a few weeks. The house went under agreement quickly. However, the buyers were a nightmare to deal with. It was a frustrating process and we struggled with thoughts of cancelling the agreement with the potential buyers with some of their "requests." through it all, Annie and her team were able to work with what was needed and do what it took to get the deal done. All in all, house was sold in 2 months with a cash sale and a quick closing date.

"She's wonderful, always honest." He advised us that she would take good care of us, and he was right!
