Annette is wonderful! I have a very strict working schedule and she was alway able to adjust her schedule so that I could view all the properties I was interested in. Whenever I had questions about said properties she would liaison with the selling agent and/or property manager to provide me with the information I needed. When considering what property was the best fit for me she was researching information I needed without me having to ask for it. Then when it came to closing she was on top of things. Often it seemed like the selling agent was slow to provide information and/or take action and she was always following up until we got what we needed. Annette was able to get all but one of the repairs from my home inspection completed by the seller. She also negotiated and obtained a home warranty as well as a credit because the manufacter no longer makes the parts required to repair the oven range. I love my new place and I would recommend Annette to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I worked with Annette over the past four months to purchase our first home in DC and I can't imagine what we would have done without her experience, support and guidance throughout the process. Annette is very engaging and personal with all the matters and clients. She is one of rare realtor who really does the work and runs to get your house sold or found for purchase. Unless most realtors, she is hands-on with everything. She's honest and put not just 100%, rather 110%. I had difficult situation from being overseas and having tenants to deal with and Annette was extremely supportive with all the processes to get my house sold. If you are looking for a genuinely hardworking, knowledgeable, diligent and likable realtor, you should try to work with Annette. Highly recommended.
