After relocating to the UK. I placed the sale of my property in the hands of Annette Bryant. Who did a fabulous job of selling my house, her knowledge of the market and selling trends was very professional. We had to tend with the fact that we were communicating between each other with a five hour difference but that did not detour her commitment to keep me updated at every turn of events. All paperwork was done via email, and the sale went through without a hitch. I would recommend this very professional agent to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

After a few years of conversations with Annette we decided the time had come to list our custom home. Annette’s knowledge of the market in our gated community and surrounding area was spot on. In 3 days the home was under contract for asking price. Annette then coordinated all aspects of the next steps, negotiating with the buyers agent on a closing date, the inspection, the work with contractors to address the few issues found, the gathering of all documentation for the buyers lawyer, and navigating all other aspects as required by SC law. There was excellent communication, text, email and phone continually as the process went forward. The entire process was above expectations. If we were to sell or buy in the area we would work with Annette again.

Annette sold my home in Beaufort and did an outstanding job from A-Z. She has a building/contractor background which was a tremendous help in addressing issues that needed to be addressed in order to pass inspection. She really knows the housing market in the low country and was able to accurately price my house at “Top Dollar”. Annette maintains a good working relationship with all the contractors in the low country which is crucial if you are selling and your house needs some additional work after the inspection. Annette is 100% your advocate and will go to bat for you throughout the entire process. With most home purchases there are always issues that can cause the purchase agreement to go off course, Annette is aggressive and does what it takes to bring the agreement back on course and close the sale. I have mostly enjoyed the Forino experience. There product speaks volumes about what they are doing to increase/attract market share. Very fine approach in the Lowcountry to exceed demand while pushing excellent features in their homes. Without Annette we would have missed mightyly in my opinion, upgrades in the shower/bath area. The move in date was agreed upon and knowing that we had sold early, Annette worked overtime in getting us into our home about four weeks early. Annette understands more than just the real estate details but is quite worthy on many of the construction applications. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Annette in further transactions. I’ll say that some of the follow up for some not perfect items in the home always takes more time than a homeowner wants. A sign of the times and quite frankly, Annette can be stretched thin by the home office.

I cannot imagine having a more effective partner than Annette in selling my home. From our initial meeting through the closing, Annette was on top of both the strategy for marketing the house and the details of what needed to be done to make the sale happen. Her knowledge of market availability for similar homes in a wide area and of the pricing niche the home should occupy was outstanding, and her frequent communication during the selling process - including feedback from other agents and potential buyers - was excellent. She prepared very high quality marketing materials and targeted the most effective print publications and other media. Along the way, her advice to me on a variety of issues proved to be consistently the right advice, for which I am very grateful. Annette went significantly "above and beyond" in the level of service she provided and, I felt, was always looking out for my best interests. She is very knowledgeable about the practical aspects of prepping a home for sale (e.g. repairs/improvements, contractors, sale/donation of household goods). She stayed on top of and managed all of this activity during the sale process which, for me, was an invaluable service as I was not on site. My experience with Annette was simply outstanding and I highly recommend her.
