Anna went above and beyond researching contracts for our house..termite, roof, etc. Anna made sure we had all the contract info, dates of renewal, binder information. I cannot say enough to express our gratitude and pleasure it was working with her.

Anna has superb communication skills and was prompt at scheduled viewings. She is knowledgeable about the market and listened to our needs, preferences, etc. to set up appropriate listing notifications that both my husband and I could access independently. She answered our many 'standard' questions and succinctly relayed questions to the seller's realtor when the questions were 'house specific'. We purchased our home quickly (due to availability and the seller's preferred timeline to close). Her insight during the negotiation process and responsiveness truly helped to facilitate the closing. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Anna’s assistance in locating a new vacation home in Gulf Shore / Orange Beach area. Anna initially showed us homes in Gulf Shores at our asking. Then when we couldn’t find the a home in Gulf Shores that we liked, she suggested looking in Orange Beach. First home she showed us there, we fell in love with and signed a contract for the asking price. The owner had second thoughts and backed out after two weeks.
