No prep-courses could have lessened my uncertainty, anxiety, excitement, stress, etc. Angie provided all of this organically. She didn't have to artificially tailor her character to meet the needs of a customer. Its who she is, and always has been. That, for me, was the x-factor. She respected my trust-in her and handled that trust with care. Angie grounded me when competition made me impulsive, supported my timeline, and leveraged her knowledge and expertise from the past and present to inform my thought and empower me to make the best decisions. Angie's energy, and passion motivated me when i was out of fuel. She learned my requirements efficiently and translated them to showings perfectly.
