I started the process of the sale of my home from out of town. Angelica was so helpful and easy to work with while I was away getting the process started. She really took initiative and felt like I had my own personal property manager. The home needed some work from contractors and she helped coordinate and re work the schedule several times to meet our deadlines. When I got back in town she would even swing by to manage my dog during the contractors, cleaners, and stagers to make sure he didn’t get in the way. She made the process really easy for some one traveling for work and not around to be available for things. She did all that for me to make sure we got the house on the market at the right time. She made a stressful process super easy. Additionally I got top dollar for my home. Angelica knows how to work the market. I will definitely use her again as a seller or a buyer.
