Angelica and Kate are really a great team. We sold our house from another state and it didn't feel like we were far removed from the process. I've had the pleasure of working with Angelica in two capacities, as a lender and as a seller/client, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful, hard-working, and organized she is. That's not the end of that story though -- inspection turned up major structural issues, a crushing discovery for us, and buyers walked away. Angelica is an absolute pro and I can't imagine going through this process again without her expertise. As a first-time homebuyer in a situation where I was having to make a decision, and fast, Angelica did a fantastic job at walking me through each and every step, being extremely clear and responsive to all of my questions and ultimately helped me feel confident with my purchase. Angelica is awesome! She is very responsive, communicates very well, always on top of things, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. On top of that, she would go extra miles to help customers. For example, we got our form of closing cost from the title company. We reviewed the form and did not notice anything, due to our lack of knowledge. Angelica carefully reviewed it, and found a mistaken charge. We actually got a check of $$$ on closing day!
