Angelica was such an incredible asset to us in our house hunting journey. One of our favorite qualities was simply how responsive she was. If we saw a house we wanted, she would have us scheduled and touring it just one hour later, and never made us feel like an imposition or bother. The inspector missed a ton of very obvious big items that we have had to pay tens of thousands of dollars to fix. When we started looking for a house we thought, "do we really need a realtor?" Then we met Angelica and I cannot even BEGIN to explain the extensive effort and magic to you that this woman has.
