We felt extremely fortunate to work with Angelica to buy our first home in this aggressive Denver real estate market. We've been fortunate enough to work with Angelica on two home sales and a purchase, and our latest experience was nothing short of excellent. Angelica is a proactive, knowledgeable, reliable, and skilled realtor, but, more than that, she's a compassionate, kind, and supportive human being. As parents to a 3-year-old and 5-month-old, our time to dedicate to prepping for listing and showings was seriously lacking. Angelica took on every item she could to alleviate the burden on the family, going above and beyond to even schedule tradespeople despite them not being directly required for our sale contract. She negotiated fiercely for us to get the most value for our home as possible, while keeping our main priorities at the forefront--balancing the need for a smooth and non-contentious process with desires for sale price and terms to be advantageous. Our sale was not an easy one--we'd only been in the home for a year, were headed into a traditionally quiet time in the market (competing with the holidays), and were priced in a slower range. Plus, we had a split level which makes the price per square foot calculations challenging for identifying comps and fair market value. However, Angelica thoroughly reviewed the data, assessed the market, and recommended a price point and listing strategy that resulted in multiple offers over list within the first 48 hours (at which point we went under contract). The effort didn't stop there, and she worked with us to make each of the following milestones in the sale process as painless as possible. We can't say enough good things about working with Angelica. The only challenge with this last transaction is that we now live outside of CO and couldn't work with her on our new home purchase. She is by far the best realtor we've had and is an equally wonderful person. After closing this time around, she sent us off with a road-trip ready gift bag of CO memorabilia and games for us and the kiddos--just a small example of her heart.
